What is it like working at Standard Bank?

It's okay.
Office Administrator:
Pros: The customers.
Cons: The treatment that we get as employees.
Good.
Software Developer:
Pros: Nice work environment and challenging work to do.
Cons: Salary is not what I expect it to be, hence me filling in this survey.
Corporate culture.
Senior Project Manager, IT:
Pros: Culture, ethics of the people, defined processes.
Cons: Too much hierachy and a lot of governance.
Interesting.
Business Analyst, IT:
Pros: I'm comfortable with understanding the systems.
Cons: I'm a contract worker and have no benefits.
Standard bank offers diverse, learning environment.
Investment Banker:
Pros: The Bank offers a diverse, profeesional environment in which one can grow their career. One can offer input and not feel like they have over stepped their boundaries, the management is encouraging and also offers opportunites where possible. One also has an opportunity to further their studies and the bank is supportive.
Cons: The lack of corporate culture, not much is being done to establish that.
Governance and processors is tedious.
Project Manager, Information Technology (IT):
Pros: Having a successful project delivered on time and within budget.
Cons: Governance not in line with project methodology ; Silo working environments or departments; Repetitive work ;
