Difficult and frustrating at times due to lack of resources and backing from leadership.

Transportation Supervisor in Fort Bragg:
Pros: I get a chance to operate in a career field that sees technological and operational advancements. Meanwhile I am working closely with individuals who are goal oriented and focused on completing tasks.
Cons: Everyone is in competition with each other at all times to the point that people have to be held back so they can grow into better leaders. This at times stifles young people because they do not understand the need for experience and maturity in certain situations.
