Network Engineer in Memphis:
Pros: I love the people I work with and the environment.
Cons: I feel the health insurance plans available to us are way too expensive and are in no way competitive to me just getting my own outside the company. Ad none of our plans cover spouses.

Horrible pay. All upper management members are family members. No room for growth in the company. Unhealthy work/personal life balance. Constantly on call even when on PTO. Antiquated culture with good'ol boy mentality.
