What is it like working at Wells Fargo Bank?

Head Teller, Banking in Galesburg:
Pros: Helping customers succeed personally and financially.
Cons: Pay not where it should be for the time of service I have.
Personal Banker:
Pros: The customer base. The people I work with.
It's good.
Service Manager (General):
Pros: Financial industry and a lot of promotion In the years in there.
Cons: Low pay.
Supervisors are awful.
Business Banker:
Pros: Casual dress, ok pay plus a chance to make monthly bonus.
Cons: Supervisors are awful, uneducated, no management skills, micromanaged dept its like adult day care, even if you come in on time, do your job, its constant micromanaging, not desirable.
Teller:
Pros: Serving people and offering bank products, helping to sucess financially.
Cons: The stress that provokes some unsatisfated customers.
Great place to work, but could be better.
Teller:
Pros: There are opportunities for growth as long as you show the desire to learn new things. You also get full benefits like health, vision, and dental insurance, 401K, and paid vacation.
Cons: Sometimes there is high pressure for sales which can get quite stressful. Also Wells Fargo is open later than all the other banks and some are even open on Sundays. This can make it difficult to spend time with loved ones.

Customer Service Manager, Banking:
Pros: Very dynamic atmosphere and get to meet people from all walks of life. Great benefits and corporate culture.
Cons: Stressful job without necessarily being challenging or rewarding in return. A lot of employee turn overs within short periods of time.
