Pros: Some of my coworkers
Cons: Overworked with the high volume of work and the lack of support needed to process the all the work without access to work overtime to meet the demand and SLA expectations
Really depends on the store. Mine is constantly needing someone out pushing, while other stores could not have someone for hours and be fine.

Pros: pay is decent for a first job, coworkers are nice, and its a very physical job
Cons: customers
Metric driven and micromanaged.

Cons: Upper management is out of touch with “bench work” and just wants to reach some metric regardless of how you get there and understaffing is an issue

Pros: I enjoy the pay I make as a team lead. I am also regarded as the #1 supervisor in the market.
Cons: The company praises policy and procedures and it is expectes that they are followed. My store however, is off procedures and I am routinely told to do the same. I also have little to no assistance
