Average Hourly Rate for Stellar Employees in India

Pros: What i like most about the job i get to see my coworkers and to see them smile everyday and still come to work and work hard. Eventhough I feel they deserve more because without them there won't be this successful business running.

Cons: Not having the tools needed to do my job. Management expects deadlines certain goals met but not enough product or even out of products in store. And - when we do request what customers ask to see more in the store. Ideas again brought up by workers - nothing changes
