The Security and Private Investigations Industry is Corrupt.
Executive Director in San Jose:
Pros: Independence and responsibilities.
Cons: Being paid as a sub-contractor to a sub-contractor from major international corporations in the security and private investigations industry who misrepresent their business. They put their brand and control the work I do. The better I do, the more work they get. I am short-changed more and more often.

Pros: I get to help people make better decisions.
Cons: The help given to business has not helped a self-employed person.
Building and branding businesses, marketing and increasing sales and exposure 100%

Pros: I'm able to network and work with multiple companies that have requested my services and the Arts and retail industry and has received several Awards
Cons: Inconsistency regarding events and Retail during the coronavirus pandemic

Pros: I can choose what days to work and, as I get older, choose to work only one day a week.
Cons: Cancellations and a slow stream of potential clients, leading to an inconsistent intcome stream, making it difficult to plan financially.
It's Incredible working for myself!
