Cons: When you have job security a lot of people don't do their job as they are supposed to do.
No new skill development. The technologies used are relevant to the current organization and not used anywhere else.
Work culture is relaxed and one might say its a little too relaxed.
Work given to people based on the number of years one has worked and not the value addition the person does to the job.
Salary is well below the market standard for the automotive industry. Can't even compare it to any other industry.
