Maxim Reviews

What is it like working at Maxim?

Stuck. No room for advancement.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Knoxville:
Pros: I work with pediatric patients. They are the light in my life. I get to make my own schedule even though I work a set one most days. This allows for me to fulfill my Army reserve obligations.
Cons: No career advancement. No pto, no good benefits. 401(k)sucks with no match. No holiday pay/time & a half. I work nights and don't have a differential in pay to compensate. If I leave my case, I go back down to a base pay of $18.50 which I can't live off of.
Enjoy my job.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Clarksville:
Pros: I love making a difference in home. I feel like my patients make progress. Easy to take off if needed.
Cons: No vacation or 401k match
