My job here is okay but Marriott does not pay or match what the same position from other hotels. I believe that is from most of the departments as well and the budget is always tight. My peers get paid a lot more than I do for the same job.

It sucks, as I do not have clear understanding who is my supervisor which is being abused and used as opportunity to pay me less not promoto make me train my new supervisor in exchange of promise of position in deferent department etc.
