Very challenging environment and very interesting tasks.

Pros: Equal opportunities and support from Ericsson colleagues to execute successfully complex and difficult tasks.
Cons: I love working for Ericsson. I do not like that some day I must retire and live a life outside Ericsson.

Cons: No room for growth, specific area not doing well, too much cutting costs to look better, rather than actually be better, or doing what makes the most sense. Centralized IT and other functions that save a little in direct costs, with huge indirect costs (and incompetence).
