Cvent, Inc. Reviews

What is it like working at Cvent, Inc.?

I have recently move to the role of an Sales Executive, my new role demands of generating revenue from the markets like India and South Africa. I am into selling event software for the mentioned markets.
Sales Executive in New Delhi:
Pros: Interacting with new businesses and getting a chance to learn about different industry and educate myself while on the job.
Cons: Not satisfied with the salary i am being paid with the kind of role i am operating in.
Fun company with interesting work, but poor pay.
Senior Marketing Associate in Tysons Corner:
Pros: The people and my direct manager
Cons: Operates like a start up, frustrating org structure
Good atmosphere mediocre pay.
Key Account Manager in McLean:
Pros: I love the talent I am surrounded with and the resources that are allocated to me to be successful.
Cons: I do think I’m underpaid. It’s hard to get the raise you feel you deserve.
Fast Paced and Rewarding.
Human Resources (HR) Generalist in Portland:
Pros: The people I work with are excellent in their field, community oriented and caring.
Cons: I work in a regional office separate from other HR professionals in our company. We meet regularly over zoom and annually at HQ. I often learn more in the 1 week at HQ than I do all year because I am in the same room with other employees in my position. Some jobs are not open to people outside of HQ, which limits mobility within the company.
