Colliers International Reviews

What is it like working at Colliers International?

A constantly evolving experience.
Senior Research Associate in Seattle:
Pros: I like the ability to manage my own projects and improve any process as necessary. I also like being viewed as an asset to the company in general.
Cons: I would like the research department to be larger so I could work on a bigger team.
Excellent Company.
Managing Director in Boston:
Pros: The teamwork and collaboration on a daily basis with my colleagues
Cons: The unpredictability of client requests/deadlines
It could be a lot better...
Sales Coordinator in Edmonton:
Pros: I enjoy working on the marketing for interesting projects, utlizing my design skills, meeting clients and learning the deal process.
Cons: I do not enjoy how corporate engages with me, I don't feel my voice is heard, I feel like the people I currently work with/under want me to stay where I am. Feeling taken advantage of - high producing employee and underpaid.
Well organised and efficient.
Conveyancer in Vancouver:
Pros: Excellent procedures in place, easy going environment
Cons: Poor pay
It's just OK.
Facility Manager in Richmond:
Pros: Appreciative clients
Cons: No follow through by management
Administrative Coordinator:
The environment is a mix of brokers and staff, thankfully we have a good group of males and females that can work great together and also have fun in the office. Unfortunately management is not very supportive and fair to all staff. You're basically on your own to push for fair pay and opportunity.
