It has been ok company. Promotion policy is not very clear.

Pros: It has been ok company.
Cons: Promotion policy is not very clear.

Pros: Good Managers, Good Team to work with.
Cons: Less chances for innovation / Individual excellence.
2 Years Experience As A Java Developer.
Software Developer:
Pros: Good team.
Freedom to think out of the box.
Individual contribution appreciated.
Cons: Unsatisfactory pay.
Annual hike cycle.
Very little performance incentives.
Amazing Experience.
Web Designer:
Pros: It was great to work with the Cognizant Team. All open to allow you to work best of yourselves and become even better by providing many opportunities.
Cons: As such nothing!
Sr. Software Engineer / Developer / Programmer:
Pros: Growth.
Cons: Bad work life balance.
Programmer Analyst:
Pros: Culture is good. Work flexibility is great, office conditions is good in day time.
Cons: Office conditions is not good in the nighttime.
Strongly Dissatisfied.
Programmer Analyst:
Pros: Frankly speaking I didn't find anything good here since I joined this company.
Cons: First of all I got the offer from on campus placement and thereafter I had to wait 9 months to get the official joining letter which wasted near about a year in my career. Then after joining right from the training period whatever I have seen here I can include them in cons list only. Work culture is bad, too much of politics. Then you can't have any personal life here if you are working here, you can't have any other hobbies or dreams to follow. Even if you worked hard there is no guarantee that you will get recognition for this. I really regret my decision in joining this company.
