Pros: As a trainer manager, I am able to put my knowledge and teaching skill to good use and raise up the next generation of capable, independent, critical thinking problem solvers to be introduced into our career field. We give them a friendly, hands-onearning environment that can help a newly licensed adjuster grow and thrive. Cons: The hours are demanding, but the job itself is awesome. Once you learn the procedures, the rest just falls into place. The resource system can be a little tricky to navigate at first, but once that is achieved, the rest is smooth sailing.
