Wonderful Job, Opportunity for Improvement.
Training Manager in West Jordan:
Pros: I love the degree to which I'm trusted to do my job and given freedom and flexibility to pursue the course I feel is best for myself and the company.
Cons: I feel like compensation is low outside of Sales and Engineering; there is very little transparency about how compensation is reached. The company often cites a compensation study they contract out but those details are never shared and employees don't have access to that information or the methodology used in the research.

Fast-paced, critical thinking, several meetings a day, inexperienced supervisors promoted from SMEs, gossipy environment, yet overall happy workers.

Pros: I’m held accountable to manage my dept my way.
Cons: Most of the supervisors are not coached on how to manage, nor mentored towards manager characteristics.
