Training Manager Reviews
What is it like working as a Training Manager?
April 2016
Enjoyable but stressful and challenging.
Training Manager:
Pros: I enjoy the challenge of the fast-paced environment and the responsibility given. I feel competent in leading the team and thinking of new ways to create a more efficient and profitable workplace.
Cons: I don't enjoy the stress of under-staffing and the politics in management. I feel employees are underpaid and under-appreciated. Problems are not assessed so long as they don't disrupt the face of the business and this worries me. Respect is not given when normal and the lack of communication between head office, the shop management and staff is horrendous.
March 2016
Emotional intelligent who is performance driven.
Training Manager:
Pros: Sharing the skills that I have learnt over the years with old and new staff inorder to increase productivity.
Cons: Some staff members not attending scheduled training through flimsy excuses.

February 2016
Training Manager:
Pros: Work environment ,
Nurturing leadership,
Growth opportunity,
Friendly guidance by supervisors.
Cons: No fast track way to grow.
Work life balance.
January 2016
Training Manager:
Certifications are important for credibility, but you have to alter what you learn for the system with which you are working.
December 2015
Crosstrainng.
Training Manager:
Fortunately I have been a sales manager, a finance manager, and a floor manager. Prior to that I was a sales consultant. To effectively train, it helps to be cross trained. It gives you a clear perspective to all aspects of the business, and also allows you to be useful in these areas when you are not actually training.
