If the pharmacists positive then the atmosphere is positive.

Pros: Hours flexibility
Cons: Occasionally staying late, but it's compensated with comp time
Too much stress, not enough hours or pay.

Pros: The community I work in and a few of my coworkers.
Cons: The company has cut our hours so much that the work has tripled for Management. We now have to basically do the jobs of 3 people with no extra pay and they have cut out bonuses

Cons: Not much room for advancement passed a technician unless you wish to go back to school to become a Pharmacist.
