Pros: The training is extensive and there is open communication with managers.
Financial Consultant:
Started off great - clever colleagues with great culture and projects. However this has recently been undone by departures of key senior personnel, shrinking fee margins, terrible pay rises, the very bad choice to elevate one particular Director to Partner, and a poor growth strategy. Morale is currently very poor. I have a pessimistic outlook, would not recommend unless issues are promptly addressed and strategy turned around.
