It is a very stressful environment and you are micromanaged beyond belief.

Cons: The pay and the management style
It is extremely stressful and you are micro managed. Management is petty and lots of gotcha moments.

Cons: Being micro managed and not being allowed to structure my day in a way that enhances my success.

Chase does not adjust pay scale to compensate for expanded roles, responsibilty or top performance. You are stuck in a job code grade and cannot make more than that grade salary. It's been 4 years since last increase despite out performing and expanded role than others.
