What is it like working at CBRE Group?
Not what I except but that isn't a bad thing.
Business Operations Manager in Lakewood:
Pros: The company as a whole seems working towards being diverse and inclusive. My account in general is trying to inclusive. Our director is a bit micro managing but understand he is an works with me to make that a benefit to us both.
Cons: Working on an account that is spread over 15 states can be a challenge to building work relationships but it forces me to grow in ways I hadn't expected but wound up being for my benefit.
Excellent resources but not very highly competitive pay.
Assistant Property Manager in Los Angeles:
Pros: network and learning resources
Cons: It takes forever to advance unless you are a favorite of management.
Very Rewarding.

Below Market Rate and Low Work/Life Balance.
Senior Facilities Manager in Los Angeles:
Pros: I feel appreciated that my employer sees me as a Rising Star

Glorified Babysitter.
Security Supervisor in Houston:
Pros: There isn't anything I like about my job other than I receive a paycheck.
Cons: Everything. My direct manager talks down to everyone. He acts like everyone is ignorant. He acts like he is doing all the employees a favor by keeping them on staff. Male chauvinistic actions are exhibited by my direct manager and assistant manager towards females. Discrimination towards white employees.
Lots of resources to learn.

Project Management Leader.
