Capgemini Consulting Reviews

What is it like working at Capgemini Consulting?

Good.
Software Engineer in London:
Pros: Work environment
Cons: -
Project Manager, Information Technology (IT):
It is a very large company so the experiences can vary greatly but within my group I have only had positive experiences with both leadership and the day to day environment. There is a great deal of flexibility, as long as client needs are covered and there is a great deal of support from the leadership within our pocket of the company. Love working here.
Telecommunications Analyst:
Terrible company to work for. They do not seem to care about their tenured employees. The compensation does not meet market values, benefits are too expensive for the pay you receive, and management only cares what makes them look good. If you work hard, you'll be rewarded with having to do someone else's job along with your job.
Capgemini The Career Spoiler.
Senior Technical Consultant in Bangalore:
Pros: Diversified customer base gives layoff security.
Cons: Hyper Insensivity towards employees. Redundant HR Policy, company policies. Longest working hours 9.30 hr each working day. Literally No Salary hike. Would lose your existing career skill. Even manager profile some time have to work as developer. Worst resource Management team.
AVERAGE.
Information Technology (IT) Consultant:
Pros: Nothing too good/nothing too bad.
Cons: On call during weekends.
