Pros: The fact that it is always constantly changing.
Cons: Waiting
Reporting Analyst:
Role not clear and managers push you around to complete what they believe is important without hearing your opinion although you are the expert. Most of them lack technical skills so it is hard to explain your point without using technical language. Salary is not competitive and they will promise you the world so you don't leave but this is all cheap talk. In my opinion the only positive about the company is if you don't have any experience and want to fill your CV woth some, then go for it, otherwise stay away.
Stressed.
