Pros: I enjoy learning about the products and manufacturing processes and designing and improving processes tailored to maximize safety, delivery and cost. Creating business cases to process improvements that reflect well on the company's bottom line.

Cons: I do not like constantly maintaining aging machines and equipment that had been neglected and worked around. My focus should be to upgrade assembly lines to maximize safety, delivery and cost. I also do not like the bureaucracy that comes with working with a large company. It takes a very long time to get projects done because of the endless layers of red tape to get past to implement improvements.
