Siemens Reviews
What is it like working at Siemens?
Account Manager:
Absolutely an unpleasant experience. “Regarding Power, Oil and Gas division” No support, unrealistic goals, no communication. Consistently disappointing customers request. Enormously frustrating! This is unfortunate, seems Siemens is a good company unfortunately, not this division.
Can be stress ful.
Control Systems Engineer in Greenfield:
Pros: The people I work with and the projects I design
Cons: In-house design tools, product roll, middle management
Procurement Specialist:
Many opportunities to move within the company to gain experience and advance your career. I have felt very supported by my peers and boss! Compensation is fair. The culture promotes self-starters for sure!
Senior Software Engineer:
Pros: Professional colleagues who are always willing to share their knowledge and experience. Relaxed atmosphere.
Cons: Lack of personal development, personal and professional growth. Poor working conditions. Tight deadlines. Lots and lots of bureaucracy - excessive levels of reports to write. No time for research into engineering or process improvements, focus on requirements only. Few worthwhile perks.
