Pros: Ability to move into another role with in the company.

Cons: Lack of career path and mentorship. Lack of flexibility in terms of telecommuting. Having to many roles without proper compensation. Stress with resolution to over worked. Unbalanced work load with in department. Lack of well thought out ideas from other department partners.

Pros: The people that I work with are all around wonderful people. They are very caring and supportive and funny! They care a lot about the customer and will do anything for them. They are always flexible with my hours and willing to work with me.

Cons: I'm constantly on my feet. I am always on my feet. Some of the managers are very controlling when they aren't the highest manager there.
