Pros: The company's vison and values. The founder's dream. I am proud to work for this French Canadian enterprise that has taken it's place in the industry.

Pros: All employees are treated equally. Every thing is dealt in a professional way.
Cons: Corporate being an MNC, not much importance to local/regional cultures. No encouragement for building a traditional environment in the company.
