Pros: Knowledgable employees and team environment

Cons: Employees have difficult time accepting the changes needed to make us cost effective.

Pros: That I've been able to make contacts while in this position. Working with vendors and customers to ensure I have a job after Amcor.

Cons: When I was sexually harassed nothing was done about it until I went to upper management... several times! I have no back up and I have to work on vacations! The male coordinator was paid almost double what I was paid as well.
