It is a great company to for. I am part of the finance team and do no work with clients. Most of my colleagues have been with Accenture for over a decade. Our pay is good, we also receive stocks, 401K match (up to 6%), 4-week vacation, up to 30K of company assistance to adopt a kid, etc.
