The only reason why I’m still with Fiserv is because it’s close to my house. Other than that... They don’t pay well, insurance sucks, no bonus... It’s a good place for you if you just want a easy job to kill time.

Cons: We also have some bad apples that make us work harder to pick up their slack. Also the extreme disparity in pay.
