Pros: My team peers are highly skilled and great to work with. A large amount of newer technology to work in the environment.

Cons: Team positions are very silo'd, in part because of the amount of technology to administrate with a too small staff. Hiring process is so slow that we lose candidates. Interview process has led to hiring individuals not suited to the environment. Communication with management is poor. Projects to add capacity have been 'just in time' and cuts it too close in some cases. Multi-site co-located transition has been a very rough process.
