Johnson Controls Inc Reviews
What is it like working at Johnson Controls Inc?
Underpaid & Ignored.
Technical Support Specialist in Denver:
Pros: Problem solving and fixing things.
Cons: The fact that JCI posted Gross Profits for Fiscal 2018 with $9 Billion in profits and all they give tech support is a 30 cent raise. We are underpaid for our external market and underpaid compared to new hires.
JCI doesn't care about the mid to lower level employees. Must be nice to be a Sales Rep or Executive.
Just a cog in the machine.
Contract Administrator in New York:
Pros: My boss manages 60 people, does not know my job responsibilities, has no idea when I arrive or leave, gives me free reign to resolve problems as however I see fits best.
Cons: I'm a paralegal but am not directly supervised by an attorney so I do paralegal work but I am paid the salary of an administrative assistant.
Feels very rewarding at times.
