Pros: The culture is generally good; people are generally collaborative, transparent, and really care about creating life-saving products. The benefits are also pretty good, if you care more about that than money in your pocket.

Cons: Professional/career development and opportunities, management style, and job satisfaction vary wildly across the company. People are surprisingly averse to data-driven strategy and decision making outside of science, so operations tends to be retroactive and lack resources and appreciation.
