Its a good job for starting a welding Career but experience isn't valued.

Pros: Everyone gets along together and we stay busy.

Cape town is a cool place to work. But in general it is a low paying city for manual labour jobs.

I often denied opportunities to advance with the company, and forced to leak test units and repair leaks instead of actually help in the initial assembly of said units. Even though I’m more knowledgeable and qualified as a welder.

Cons: The lack of opportunity to grow.

Great work. Great people. Stupid rules.

Pros: Getting to work hard all day and feel accomplished
Cons: The current PPE that seems to be causing more injuries than they are saving us from. Not properly fitted helmets. Not even real welding helmets.

It's a gud thing because Ure able to weld different jobs Nd learning alot and be able to think what's the plan to do so that U give quality work.
