Pros: Working in Joliet is easy to get to and from work everyday.
Cons: There's a lot of traffic because of other warehouses in the area and truck stops.

Pros: People I work with, the work that I do, the flexibility.
Cons: Wages, Pressure, lack of prospects.

Co-workers are nice, the owner is a jerk.

Pros: Flexible with school schedule and other activities. Pay is decent. Co-workers are really nice.
Cons: The owner likes to micromanage every little thing. Is a horrible leader. Not very intelligent makes stupid decisions, treats all the workers poorly.

Warehouseman:
Pros: My coworkers. Making things. Having a job.
Cons: Constant stress, deadlines, dangers. As well as extreme weather, heavy lifting, micromanaging. Basically being on call due to lack of planning. Poor middle management as well as being unappreciated.
