Could be better.
Warehouse Supervisor in luton:
Pros: You get to meet people.
Get to interact with customer and ask how their daily experience is at the dairy, making sure their order has been picked correctly.
Cons: No respect from the drivers.
No night shift manager available to make the important roles.
Stress levels are always high and its always the supervisor who needs to handle it if a report of the day is given to the manager he doesnt want to hear the bad just the good.
Drivers are foul mouthed, you will always get abused no will report it if you report it you will only here they will sort it out and tomorrow same thing will happen again.
The conditions are poor.. There are no professional cleaniers, we need to clean the toilets, kitchens and the warehouse, drivers will drop the rubbish every where and you have pick it up with out saying a word about it.. Always bad smell in fridges and in the warehouse nothing gets done about it.

Think of others.

Always think of how every word, action or task you say, do or undertake impacts on the person it is targeted for. People matter as they are either the person doing the job or the person receiving the product or service.
