Pros: I like the freedom I am given to manage the way I choose. The staff is friendly.
Cons: We are often understaffed in the warehouse leading to an increase in workload for me.

Pros: I like my job because I know what im doing and that makes it more enjoyable.
Cons: The hours is horrible and we dont get payd overtime .You dont get lunch or teatime, no weak-ends and no benifits no respeked the boses never here to help just always screm and shout when they come down .

Working as a Warehouse Manager.
Warehouse Manager:
Pros: Basically I enjoy every part of the job from receiving of goods, down to picking and packing.
The orderliness that follows the arrangement of goods in the warehouse, for ease of sorting and storage is what I look forward too.
And above all, I do enjoy the utmost result achieved when I efficiently and effectively maximise my warehouse space to bring about increased outputs from my warehouse.
Cons: I do not like remuneration. The pay does not commensurate with the task involved.
