What is it like working as a Waiter/Waitress?

Fun Environment.
Waiter/Waitress:
Pros: Everyone is really nice and it's really a great environment to work in. We all help each other when we can and we get some good perks, like free drinks and discounted meals.
Cons: It's always very busy and can end up being a very late night, which is difficult if you have to get up for school the next morning.

Pros: Having fun to the guest ang giving them an exelent service.
Cons: Guest complaints about the food quality.

Cons: Hours of work.

Over worked.
Short staffed.
No overtime pay.

Cons: Poor pay for someone who is the main kitchen hand and gets payed the least but has to work often because im 'cheaper'
