Focus on your weekly and monthly rate of New customer creation, always be increasing. Sales and margin always follows if this is your main focus. Secondly, always be aware of the effectiveness of your message to the market place, change it if needed. Know your competition, focus on the benefits of your products and how they provide a higher value over your competition. Do not send forms, be as personal as possible and develop the relationship fast with your new prospects, listen always and do not force your solution down their throat, understand the prospect’s current need for a solution in it’s entirety, document you have their need understood and than provide them information on the solution your company will provide. Lastly, get a good CRM in place that will manage your efforts from the get go, make sure you can customize this to best meet your needs.
