November 2018
Vice President (VP), Product Management:
Company is in the midst of a grand-scale “right-shoring” exercise with target state being 90% of staff in low-cost. If you are applying for a position, assume it will be targeted for offshore in the next 2-3 years. Especially don’t bother if you are a white male—identity politics determine most talent acquisition decisions. Personally I am paid 60% of true market value and am feverishly looking for a new job outside of the company.
