Pros: Working my current job is a great experience, where I was involved in the procedure writing, create performance goals for my teams, involved in create an hybrid work, schedule which solved a difficult situation during the Covid-19. It provided safety as priority and be able to meet the customer's expectations
Cons: My team was least motivated when I joined the bank. I quickly discovered that there was an opportunity for me to fully develop my communication skills in order to manage my employees; to engage them, giving more responsibilities, do active listening to gain their trust, recognize small successes in each of the team members to celebrate, and develop others by identifying their need. To do so, I had to be authentic in every way or in conversation. The success of all the steps I took brought my team to where they can now raise their hands to assist others from different team without being asked.
