Marshall is not a bad place to work except that they do not give pay raises based on performance unless you are in the elite group. They reclassified all staff and are now the lowest pay grade system in the state. Therefore depending where your pay hits in the classification, you are "maxed out" and not eligible for raises. Many maintenance workers are leaving bc of this issue.
