Great fun creating high quality online training courses for employees and clients and the lab community generally.
Training Supervisor in Salt Lake City:
Pros: Working with amazing, intelligent, compassionate, brilliant people
Cons: The difficulty of getting pay ranges wide enough to match the industry. They cap out very quickly. The challenge of getting flexible schedules for my people (this is a recent and unexplained change), and getting my direct reports paid more equitably compared with the market in Salt Lake City.

November 2019
Culture of Excellence.
Training Supervisor in Industry:
Pros: I came for the job, but I'm staying because the culture is the best I've worked with, I feel like my job makes a difference and they have a foundation for children I'm proud to be part of.
Cons: That the salary payscale is considered confidential. It makes it harder to bargain and for me to look at future potential earnings without having a reference. For example, I'm E-05, and I have no idea the salary range.
October 2019
Not fairly compensated as a woman.
Training Supervisor in Otsego:
Pros: Flexible schedule
Cons: Discrimination
