Great position to be in.

Pros: Assisting with the development of all the officers on the police department.
Cons: The hours sometimes can be very tasking. The in the middle of the night call outs can be rough sometimes.

Pros: Lots of different cultures, foods, awesome people and the city is beautiful!
Cons: Tend to find yourself working pretty long hours and the majority of them do work crazy hours (up to 75 hours in a 5-day work week!) but they are super supportive if you need help!
