Pros: I work good hours and learn a lot from working. I receive a decent amount of annual leave and long service leave entitlements. Good environment for working. Can switch between full time to part time depending on circumstances associated with parenting. Maternity leave is available. Decent pay and pay rises on annual basis. Entitlements to take on further training. Roster day off every fortnight. Work flexibility.
Cons: Conflict management, Handling enquiries and complaints from the stakeholders and general public. Stress management.
