Tool and Die Maker:
The people and management are second to none. My only I guess negative is the pay scale is alittle on the low side but with yearly raises I'll make it up in no time, and position advancement is on the slow side.

Tool and Die Maker in Inverness:
Pros: Good, honest, manual labor that fulfills you.
Cons: Employer constantly hires inexperienced people who don't care about the job/work that needs to get done, so they stand around talking all day, getting no work done. Emplower puts people in supervisory positions who likewise don't care about the job/work, so instead of trying to train other inexperienced employees or discipline them, supervisors just take on an attitude of apathy.
