Pros: I title for 3 stores and have great working relationships with them all. I am appreciated for the work I do and enjoy the challenges of keeping up with the work, which benefits the customer in the end. I enjoy staying busy and I love my cube location.I enjoy the ability to wear headphones while I work.
Cons: Sometimes follow up/discipline is poor when co-workers don't carry their load or are disrespectful in the workplace. Workloads are not necessarily equal among co workers.
