Territory Manager:
Caterpillar is really falling short of employee satisfaction. They keep taking things away and saying it's in line with other companies, not exactly accurate. Many of the good employees are leaving or have left. The new employees don't have the same values that Cat has always been known for. Customers and the Cat Dealer network aren't held as high as they once were. Would no longer recommend Caterpillar to anyone.

Territory Manager in Bangalore:
Pros: The best thing to be working with Coffee Day Beverages is the exposure we get. We get to meet the top management officials of different companies in the name of a client meet. This helps us to learn from different people whom we come across day by day.
Cons: Payments are not done on time. Also there is no bonus or incentives paid. The daily allowances will claim for gets credited to our account only post two to three months. Even though we end up spending more than the limit company provides, there is a delay.
