Pros: I like the flexibility and independence in my work . I am currently working two positions in the operations department and have been trained in 4 different positions. Schedules are very flexible and can be increased to 40 hours and decreased as low as 27 hours according to my availability.
Cons: I don’t feel I am fairly paid for the amount of effort I put into my work and skills I bring to the table. I feel I am being taken advantage of my work ethic and my years of experience.
