Pros: I enjoy being challenged in my thinking as well as the satisfaction of helping someone with an issue that they need help with to resolve. I feel my role is to clear the decks of all things to ensure that my team is focused and effective in their roles and help them to perform at their best every day.
Cons: Taking on too much and allowing workload to influence my mood, a direct result of being a "pleaser".
